Paper Clay Snowman art sculpture signed & numbered handmade. This snowman is the 8th of 12 made in this series. Mavis "Birdman" McCaw traveled many miles to watch the parade! A Snowman Parade is held each year in the small rural town of Winalowga. People attend this event from all over the world! Each snowman comes with a character story which explains their part in the parade and a bit about them. They are signed and numbered on the bottom of the base. I hand paint each one with acrylic paint using a dry brush, layering technique to bring out depth and richness in the layers of color! They all have 3 coats of matte finish sealer to protect the paint. The characters can be cleaned with a damp cloth. These pieces have a magical feeling and create themselves with my help!
